Our Solution

TechMagna delivered an Industrial IoT platform that connects plant equipment to a secure data pipeline and operational dashboards. Operators can monitor equipment health, review historical trends, and surface alerts when thresholds are breached.

The system bridges operational technology and IT—so manufacturing data becomes usable for supervisors, maintenance teams, and business reporting.

How It's Made

Device and PLC data is ingested through Kepware / OPC connectivity, then processed by Node.js microservices for normalization, validation, and event handling. Historical readings land in a SQL data warehouse for analytics and reporting.

Visualization layers present live and historical views so teams can improve uptime, plan maintenance, and make faster decisions from a single source of operational truth.
